I was born and raised in Ft. Worth, TX. I come from a very large Catholic family, being one of nine children. All of my siblings and my mother still live in Texas. I attended Catholic school through high school and received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at UT Arlington. In 2004 I married my best friend, Will. We have 4 cats and live in Grand Prairie, TX.
I worked for several years at UT Arlington as an Associate Director of Development. Feeling that this was not the direction the Lord had in mind for me I left UTA to work at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Carrollton as the Parish Secretary. While working there I happened to meet Fr. Stephen and came to attend many of the wonderful programs at the Center. I also starting discerning a vocation to the Carmelite Secular Order. Several years later I became the Administrative Assistant at the Center and know without a doubt that this is what the Lord had in mind for me. I also made my final promise in the Secular Order in July of 2012.
